Gioco dell’Oca

A Gioco dell’Oca [Game of the Goose] retracing the stages of a migrant’s arrival in Italy: reception centers, bureaucratic odysseys, episodes of racism and solidarity, up to the winning of the residence permit — practical and symbolic acceptance into a shared community. The board is based on a traditional Mexican Gioco dell’Oca board.
